How to go from Shipedge order# to my shopping-carts order details

Shipedge allows you to include a shortcut between your Shipedge orders (inside order view screen).

Go to Communications Templates

Go into Shipedge > My Account > Preferences and select: Communication Templates

Scroll Down to Shortcut to Your selling Tools, and Click “Edit”

1. Click Edit.

2. Enter the direct link to an item number minus the NUMBER shipedge gets to fill this field (usually used for alternative selling channel or marketplace such as an ebay item#).

3. Enter the direct link to an order number minus the NUMBER shipedge gets to fill this field (usually order number).
