Mirakl – Integration

Mirakl Steps

The API key and the Host URL will be the only parameters we need to get from Mirakl.

1. This API Key can be found in your Mirakl account under my User Settings > API Key. You can copy this API Key to your clipboard.
2. The next parameter is the Host URL. This is the URL used for the log in to the Mirakl store.

Shipedge Steps

1. To integrate the Mirakl store, simply go to Shipedge OMS > My Account > Preferences > Channel Automation and look for Mirakl.
2. Click on Mirakl, name your Mirakl Store, and click on Add New Store.
3. New options will be available the first section will be the API Parameters. Here we need to place the API key and the Host URL we got from your Mirakl Store.
4. Order Status. There are multiple options to set up. We recommend the WAITING ACCEPTANCE status. So Shipedge can pull orders from this store.
5. Orders & Update Tracking Number. Please make sure to check the Orders & Tracking Number box to have these functions run.
6. Update Inventory.
   1. ****We highly suggest you do NOT check these two boxes in the Update Inventory section until your SKUs have been received into the Warehouse Management System. This will prevent any discrepancies in your inventory quantities in your Mirakl Store.
   2. Update Inventory quantities from Shipedge to Mirakl by sending an xml file. If there are any errors with the file they should appear under File import < Track Offer Imports. This can be checked in your Mirakl account.
7. Save Your Configuration.
   1. Click on the Save Configuration button placed above the API parameters section.
8. Address Verification, Residential Check, and Ship Method Translator.
   1. Hover on the Orders section and then select Integrations. Then, look up the Mirakl integration name you set up before.
   2. Click on the tool icon and check the Address Verification & Residential Check.
   3. Ship Methods and API Errors.
      1. As this is considered a new integration some orders may initially come in with an API Error. As they do please be sure to map the ship methods to prevent errors on future orders.
         You can also map the Ship Methods by clicking the Checklist Icon and then selecting ShipMethod Translator.
9. Congrats, The integration setup is now completed.
