ShipStation Sales Channel Integration

This article will outline the steps to setup ShipStation within Shipedge as a sales channel platform.

  1. From the OMS navigate to My Account → Preferences → Channel Automation
  2. Scroll down to ShipStation.
    1. Click ShipStation and a box will appear to enter the store name.
    2. Enter the store name (ex. CompanyName_ShipStation) then select Add New Store. A confirmation window will appear, select OK to confirm the store creation.
  3. The page will refresh and it will display that the store has been created.
  4. Scroll back down to ShipStation and you will see the dialog box to input all the required information to finish the store setup.

  1. Input the API Key & API Secret.
  2. Select the Order Status type that you wish to import.
  3. Enter the Store Names that correspond to the ones setup in ShipStation.
  4. Finish making other desired selections for the store configuration Select Save Configuration on the right.
