Using Ryver to Communicate with Kaerwell

  1. What is Ryver? 

Ryver is a communication channel that Kaerwell uses to help make communication between our teams easier!  Similar to Slack, you can send and receive messages to specific team members or send an @team message to alert the entire team.  Each user that you tag will also receive an email notification in their inbox. 

  1. How to create a channel in Ryver 

You must be invited by a Kaerwell team member to have a Kaerwell Ryver channel.  We will create this channel for you as part of your onboarding into the Kaerwell system.  You should receive an invite in your inbox inviting you to create an account in Ryver.   

  1. How to add or remove users from your Ryver channel 

To add or remove team members in Ryver, send a message to @team and ask them to add or remove.  If you are requesting someone to be added, please also send their email address.   

  1. Ways to download Ryver 

There are several ways to download Ryver!  There is a desktop app and an app on both iOS and Android devices.  Of course, you can access it via web browser as well; however, having an app that you can locate quickly will help to facilitate open and easy communication with your Kaerwell team. 

  1. Who is on my Ryver team? 

By default, you will be assigned a random Kaerwell team with several team members from receiving, customer service, operations, sales and our executive team.  If there is a Kaerwell team member you have loved interacting with, you can request him/her to be added to your channel as well!
