FAQ- Getting API errors for Shipping method

Usually, API errors for Shipping methods can occur when:

  • Integration Channel Shipping method translator has not been configured for the store.
  • This can also occur whethe configuration is incomplete. Methods are missing from your shipping mapping.

When you set up a new Integration in your OMS account you need to also map the Shipping for that specific channel in Shipedge. Since each store may have different shipping method names, shipping method translators need to be configured for each channel.

Find the Integration channel you wish to map and click on the ShipMethod Translator link for that selling channel/shopping cart. (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

You need to make sure all the Shipping methods you need are mapped correctly for that specific store.
