How to Setup the SFTP Orders – CSV integration
This article will show you How to set up the SFTP Orders- CSV integration. This feature allows you to map CSV files for automatically importing orders from an SFTP Server. The integration can automatically generate Tracking Numbers in a CSV format and upload them to the SFTP server.
1.1 Navigate to the Channel Automation Configuration
- Hover the mouse cursor over my account.
- Click on preferences from the drop-down menu.
- you will be transferred to the Channel Automation tab.
1.3 Create a new SFTP Orders Integration
- On the Channel Automation tab, scroll down to the SFTP Orders integration from the selling channels list.
- Click on SFTP Orders and enter your store name (required) then click on Add Store.
- You will be prompted to confirm your action . click on OK.
1.4 Configure the Integration
- Please fill in the required parameters as follows :
- User: the SFTP service username
- Password: The SFTP service Password
- SFTP URL: the URL for the SFTP service
- Port: the Port that the SFTP service is running on
- Select the features that you want to enable for the integration, please add these parameters accordingly :
- Orders – Path: the directory which will contain the orders’s csv files.
- Tracking – Path: the directory that will contain the Tracking CSV files.
- Inventory – Path: the directory that will contain the inventory CSV files.
- Replenishment – Path: the directory that will contain the Replenishment CSV files.
1.5 Save the Configuration
- After configuring the integration, click on Save Configuration.
.6 Configure the Order File Mapping
- Hover your mouse cursor over Orders and click on Integrations.
- Scroll down to the SFTP Orders integration and click on the configuration button then config input file.
- Click on grid edit.
- Here you will be able to map the CSV Headers to their respective fields on Shipedge.(the fields with the red star next to their name are mandatory). You will also be able to assign default values for the fields. Click on Save when done.
