- What are inbound shipments?
Inbound shipments are the orders you place with your suppliers and ship to Kaerwell for inventory to fulfill your orders.
- Why should I follow these guidelines?
By following these guidelines, your inbound processes will run smoother! This helps to avoid many delays that could occur. If you do not follow these guidelines, delays will happen.
- What are the guidelines I should follow?
There are several quick and easy steps to follow that will make your transition into your new growth with Kaerwell as smooth and seamless as possible;
- Create replenishments. Create a replenishment in your Kaerwell OMS every time you place an order with your supplier. Here is a guide on creating replenishments.
- Correct ship-to information. Label the orders you are shipping from your suppliers correctly! All shipments should be sent in the following format when placing your orders from suppliers. Do NOT put Kaerwell as the recipient.

- Make sure all SKUs and Synsets are created in your Kaerwell OMS before inventory arrives at Kaerwell. Here is a guide on Creating Products and SKUs.
- Frequently check both your Ryver channel and your account for API errors to make sure everything is running smoothly!
