Remove inventory from stock 

Why would I remove inventory from stock? 

Removing inventory from stock as in counting down inventory? For me specially, it is when an order needs to be reverted due to us not having a particular item in stock. I count it down to bring the order back to backstock. 

Another reason is when a customer requests a sku move. Ex. Maggie yu created a ton of temp skus and have me count them down to receive them into the correct sku they provide. 

If a product is expired, you would also remove it and count it down. Normally I have Jess do that. I just create the orders if they need the product shipped to the customer. 

So, in order to remove the inventory from stock you need to log into the WMS, click inventory tab. Enter the sku. Click the Qty, then click search it will display the counts in stock. Count down the location by entering 0. Then click submit. 

Now Jess will normally do this because she adds them to a hurt location. Unless I am changing skus, I then create a replenishment to add the product into the sku requested by client. 

How to remove inventory from stock? 

If you would like Kaerwell to discard: 

1. Create an order 

2. Set it to PICK 

3. Include in the notes to warehouse to discard inventory 

If you would like Kaerwell to ship it back to you 

1. Create an order 

2. Enter the destination address as the ship to address 

3. Set the shipping to UPS Ground
