Setting up 3D Cart (Please use 3dcart_v2)

Definitions
- To integrate the 3D cart, simply go to Shipedge OMS > My Account > Preferences > Channel Automation and look for 3D Cart.Click on 3D Cart_v2 add a new name and hit on Add new Store an alert will pop-up click on OK.
- The first section is the API parameters, in this section, you will have 3 fields to fill. Secure URL, Token, Orders Status ID. Check the image below it contains the field descriptions.
- Here is what each of these fields is and how to get this information.
- Secure Url, this URL can be found in the 3D Cart Admin Dashboard. Please copy it and keep it and a safe place.
- Token, to set up the token we need first to get a Public Key.
- Public Key, to get this Public Key, send an email to help@shipedge.com with the subject “3D Cart Request for public Key” and include your OMS URL and OMS account name in the email. You will then get an email back with your public key. This can take up to 24 hours to generate.
- Great, we now have to place this new Public key into Modules > “Rest API” Module > Settings then click the Add button on the top left and enter your public key.
- The token should appear in your 3DCart_v2 setup in Shipedge after a few minutes.
- Order Status ID, Fill in the Order Status ID field in Shipedge with the status you want to pull. (most common setup is just to use “new”).

- Now we have the API Parameters section completed. The following sections are Orders & Update Tracking Number. Please check these two boxes in order to have these functions run.
- Update Inventory.
- Please check the box on Update Tracking Number.
- ****We highly suggest you do NOT check these two boxes in the Update Inventory section until your SKUs have been received into the Warehouse Management System. This will prevent any discrepancies in your inventory quantities on 3D Cart v_2 Store.
- Save your configuration. Click on the Save Configuration button placed above the API parameters section.
- Address Verification, Residential Check, and Ship Method Translator.
- Hover on the Orders section and then select Integrations. Then, look up the 3D Cart v_2 integration name you set up before.
- Click on the tool icon and check the Address Verification & Residential Check.
- Ship Methods and API Errors.
- As this is considered a new integration some orders may initially come in with an API Error. As they do please be sure to map the ship methods to prevent errors on future orders.
You can also map the Ship Methods by clicking the Checklist Icon and then selecting ShipMethod Translator.
