How to Set Up Cratejoy Integration

Createjoy steps

1. Setup your account with Cratejoy.
2. You will need the Client ID and Client Secret Key to integrate to the OMS in Shipedge.
3. Navigate to the API section by clicking on Settings > API.

4.Click on Generate a new Key button, a pop-up will appear with your Client ID and Client Secret Key. 

Shipedge steps

1. Login into your OMS account from Shipedge.
2. Browse to My Account > Preferences > Channel Automation and look for Cratejoy integration.
3. Choose how you would like to name your store and click Add new store. 
4. Enter your Cratejoy Client ID and Client Secret Key.
5. Enable the features you will be using:
   • Orders – for getting orders from Cratejoy into Shipedge.
   • Update Tracking Number.
   • Sync SKUs and Synsets.
6. Click Save configuration.
7. Click Get orders! to get orders from Cratejoy.
