Ecomdash steps

  1. Setup your account with Ecomdash.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integration and tools >App Store and locate the Shipedge App.
  3. Click Info and then Subscribe to install the Shipedge App.
  4. Click Generate Key to create a unique Key that you will use to integrate with Shipedge.

Shipedge steps:

  1. Login into your OMS account from Shipedge.
  2. Browse to My Account > Preferences > Channel Automation and look for Ecomdash integration.
  3. Choose how you would like to name your store and click Add new store.
  4. Enter the API Key that was generated in your Ecomdash account.
  5. In the Order Date field you need to put the date you want to start importing orders from. (e.g 2020-11-02). You also need to choose an Order Status like -New- for orders to be imported in your Shipedge account. 
  6. The Storefrontid field is the Store Name you can find by Navigating to Settings > Storefront Setup in your Ecomdash account.
  7. Enable the features you will be using:
    • Orders – for getting orders from Ecomdash into Shipedge.
    • Update Tracking Number.
    • Sync SKUs and Synsets.
  8. Click Save configuration.
  9. Click Get orders! to get orders from Ecomdash.
