How to Setup Etsy v3 Integration

  1. You must be logged in to your Etsy account.
  2. Once logged in to the Etsy account, please go to My account > Preferences > Channel Automation and look up the Etsy v3 integration.
  3. Click on Etsy integration and then click on Connect Store.
    1. Since you are already logged in to Etsy you will have the following view. Click on Grant Access.
  4. You will be redirected to the Shipedge login page, please log in again.
  5. Go back to My account > Preferences > Channel Automation, click Etsy v3.
  6. In the API Parameters The access token and the Refresh TokenAre going to be populated.
  7. The Refresh value will be set to 3600. Please DO NOT CHANGE that number. It will not be necessary to click on the Refresh Token.
  8. Orders Configuration.
    1. Set up the date from which Shipedge will start pulling orders from. Please follow the given format.
    2. Set the Orders Paid to TRUE and Order Shipped as FALSE. So Shipedge will pull paid and unshipped orders to the OMS.
    3. Check the orders section and click on get orders.
  9. Tracking and Inventory.
    1. Please check the box on Update Tracking Number.
    2. ****We highly suggest you do NOT check these two boxes in the Update Inventory section until your SKUs have been received into the Warehouse Management System. This will prevent any discrepancies in your inventory quantities on Etsy Store.
  10. Save your configuration
    1. Click on the Save Configuration button placed above the API parameters section.
  11. Address Verification, Residential Check, and Ship Method Translator.
    1. Hover on the Orders section and then select Integrations. Then, look up the Etsy Integration name. This name will look like this Etsy_v3-2022-05-10T09:43:58-04:00, it is basically taking the date and time when the Acess token and Refresh token were populated.
    2. Click on the tool icon and check the Address Verification & Residential Check.
    3. Ship Methods and API Errors.
      1. As this is considered a new integration some orders may initially come in with an API Error. As they do please be sure to map the ship methods to prevent errors on future orders.
        You can also map the Ship Methods by clicking the Checklist Icon and then selecting ShipMethod Translator.
