Integrate with Wayfair
TABLE OF CONTENTS
- Please go to My account > Preferences > Channel Automation and look up the Wayfair integration.
- Add a New Store. Name your store and click on Add new Store an alert will be displayed click on Accept
- API Integrations Section.
- Place the Client ID and the Client Secret from your Wayfair account.
- The StartDate section is the one from which Shipedge will start to look for orders, please use the format given mm-dd HH:mm: ss.
- Orders
- Check the Orders Box to get orders automatically.
- Update Tracking and Sync Inventory.
- You can check these functionalities.
- ****We highly suggest you do NOT check these two boxes in the Update Inventory section until your SKUs have been received into the Warehouse Management System. This will prevent any discrepancies in your inventory quantities on Wayfair Store.
- NOTE: Shipedge updates inventory using the Supplier ID, please provide the supplier ID from your wayfair store. If you need to add more supplier IDs you will have to create more connections in order to do so.
- Save your Configuration.
- Click on the Save Configuration button placed above the API parameters section.
- Address Verification, Residential Check, and Ship Method Translator.
- Hover on the Orders section and then select Integrations. Then, look up the Etsy Integration name. This name will look like this Etsy_v3-2022-05-10T09:43:58-04:00, it is basically taking the date and time when the Acess token and Refresh token were populated.
- Click on the tool icon and check the Address Verification & Residential Check.
- Ship Methods and API Errors.
- As this is considered a new integration some orders may initially come in with an API Error. As they do please be sure to map the ship methods to prevent errors on future orders.
You can also map the Ship Methods by clicking the Checklist Icon and then selecting ShipMethod Translator.
