Using The Integrations Page
n this document, we will show you the functions that are in the integrations view OMS.
Hover over the order tab and select the integrations option. You will get all the selling channel lists that your OMS has integrated.
Please read the right-hand side note. Important.
At the top, there will be a menu with four functions.
- Add Template – This will let you add a template for new integrations.
- Upload File History – This will show you the file history that has been uploaded into the system.
- History Method Shipping – This will show you the shipping method history.
- Xenvio Labels Mapper – This will pop up a window where you can map certain values to a custom label.
The integrations page is where you edit the settings of your selling channels. While integrations are connected in the Channel Automation page, the integrations primarily focus on the data in the orders. Note that this page includes all of your order templates, not merely the ones coming in from independent channels. Each entry in this screen represents a source of orders. If you ever need to export orders from another system and upload them to Shipedge, the templates edited in this view can be made to match the channel.
1. Multi-Line Order – This check box determines whether the template requires each SKU in the order to have its own line. We recommend this. Note that all other lines in the order will have the same information except the SKU and qty fields. This box can be checked using the edit button.
2. Edit– Edit the name of the channel, multi-line, and enable/disable.
3. Delete – Delete the integration.
4. Download Template Csv – Download a blank template for orders.
5. Config Input File – This page matches the column names in the template to their meaning in Shipedge. You can find more information here.
6. Communication Templates – This page allows you to customize packing lists, the desired return address for the channel, and email notifications.
7. ShipMethod Translator – This page allows you to match the shipping methods from the cart to the shipping method codes in Shipedge. More information can be found here.
8. 3PT Configuration – Configure third-party billing.
9. International Configuration – This page lets you set up information for international orders, such as tax information.
10. Hold Entry – If checked, all orders entering from this integration will be held automatically and need to be manually released before they move to Pending status.
- Hold If Over Sold Price: If the order comes in over the price in the field, then the order gets on hold status.
- Signature If Over Sold Price: If the order comes in as over the price in the field, then the system will check for the signature required box at the fulfillment stage
- Reserve Percentage for Inventory: This is the inventory that will be reserved. In other words, this percentage of inventory will not be reported to the shopping cart or integration in place. If this value is set to 30%, then 30% of your inventory synced with this integration will be reserved. This means that this reserved inventory can be used to fulfill other integration orders or regular orders. Is a way to have more control over your integration and your inventory.
11. Add Suffix – If checked, all orders from this integration will add a suffix to their order#. While all orders receive a unique Shipping ID, it is valuable to use the store’s order number in order to search. Checking this box prevents orders from multiple channels from entering the system receiving the same order number and causing errors.
12. Divide Available – Automatically splits the order if it contains multiple items, some with available quantity and some without. The order will be divided into two, one Pending order with the available items, and one Backorder with the oversold items.
13. Address Validation – Validates the addresses from the orders as they come in. Note that they must be automated, this does not work for templates because templates are uploaded directly to Shipedge rather than passing through the integration server.
14. Residential Check – This feature lets you check if the address given is a residential one. Meaning that the system will know when it’s a business address or a residential address.
15. Insure when total Order Exceeds: It allows you to set up a value to secure when the total value of an order exceeds the value you put in this field. If checked a value is required.
16. Include UOM Packs From Inventory Sync: This allows you to include your UOM (Unit of Measure) into the inventory sync to the shopping cart or the Integration Store.
17. Stand By Order – This will hold an order but will not reserve inventory for it.
18. Get Orders – This button attempts to refresh automated integrations and bring waiting orders into the system. Note that it will not resolve any errors preventing orders from entering. It can take some minutes to finish operating.
19. Sync All Inventory – It will sync all inventory, preserving all your previous configurations.
