How to Set Up a CartRover Integration

CartRover steps

1. Setup your account with CartRover.
2. Go to CartRover under the WMS Setup Tab. You need to select Shipedge and click Test WMS Connection to get credentials. 
3. You will need the API User and API Key to integrate to the OMS in Shipedge.  

Shipedge steps

1. Login into your OMS account from Shipedge.
2. Browse to My Account > Preferences > Channel Automation and look for CartOver integration.
3. Choose how you would like to name your store and click Add new store.
4. Enter your CartRover API User and API Key.
5. In the add order_source field you need to put the Carts that are connected in your CartRover account. For example Shopify, 3dCart, and others.
6. Enable the features you will be using:
   • Orders – for getting orders from CartRover into Shipedge.
   • Update Tracking Number.
   • Sync SKUs and Synsets.
7. Click Save configuration.
8. Click Get orders! to get orders from CartRover.
