Inventory Page Overview
This is the Inventory page where you can browse through your inventory in Shipedge. You can see your SKUs, descriptions, UPC numbers, and the quantity available in the Warehouse, where they get distributed from, and the supplier for each product among other things. You have a menu at the top of the page with a few different options sort of like you do on the Orders page. They do the following:
1. Add SKU – Used to manually create one SKU at a time.
2. Export Products – Export current products/inventory in Shipedge in CSV format.
3. Import Products – For more information, click
4. Procedures – Links you to the procedures page in Shipedge.
5. Edit Attributes – This allows you to edit multiple SKU attributes in bulk.
6. Suppliers – Page where you can add or edit your suppliers.
7. Stagnated – Lists any inventory which has stagnated for a certain period (Example: 45 days).
8. SynSets – Links you to the SynSets page in Shipedge.
9. Alternatives – Links you to the Alternative SKU page in Shipedge. This view will help you configure SKUs that can be substituted when others run out. Note that Alternatives function only when orders enter through the integration server, not for manual orders.
10. Distribution Centers – Lists all distribution centers that your account uses.
Under the top menu, you have a filter like many other tables within Shipedge which you can use to narrow down your inventory in the table below.
11. Serials – How to add products with serials.
12. Transfer – This allows you to transfer inventory between available OMS
The Inventory table is organized in the following fashion:
13. Check Box – This checkmark lets you interact with the actions blue bottom at the left top of the table.
14. WMS Picture – This is where pictures will show if they have been added. They can be added via a public folder like this.
15. SKU– The SKU number that the product may have.
16. UPC/Barcode – Displays the UPC Barcode of the SKU
17. Description – A short description of the product.
18. In Warehouse – The quantity of the product that is in the warehouse.
19. Available – The available quantity of the product that is in the warehouse (Example: If there are 40 available quantities of SKU A but there are 80 in the warehouse then that means that there are 40 that are on hold or in current processing/pending orders).
20. Stagged or Reserved – Shows you the stagged and reserved qty for an SKU.
21. Hurt – This shows you the qty that is hurt under certain SKUs.
22. Qty Assigned – Displays the qty available for each SKU.
23. Qty Blocked – Displays the blocked qty.
24. Total Network – This shows the total number of available networks.
25. In Transit – The quantity of that product that is currently in transit to the warehouse from the supplier.
26. Weight/Dim – The weight of the individual SKUs/products.
27. Case Qty – Shows the qty available in case
28. Serial – This shows the nature of the serial the SKU holds.
29. Supplier/DC – The supplier and Distribution Center associated with the product.
