Upload Inventory using a CSV file ver(10.10.0)

Click on the inventory tab in the OMS system.

You will get the following view. Click on Import Products.

This function will open a separate tab where you can find an initial template to start uploading your products.

You can also drag and drop a CSV file. The template is not strictly needed. Make sure your CSV files have the SKU identifier and also Weight, Length, Width, Height, and Quantity.

Once your file is ready you can click on the Upload button.

You will get a mapping view where you can link the data that comes from your CSV file and make sure that the required fields are linked.

on the left, you will see the fields from your CSV, and to the left, the fields that the system displays not all of which are required. Notice the * at the beginning of the SKU element which means that that field is required.

The check box “Update the SKU data if already on the system“, will replace the SKU data.

Click on the process blue button, when your file is ready.

You will be taken to the main upload products page. There you will find a history view where your upload will be recorded. This process will generate a replenishment with the id.
