Setting Up an UOM to an SKU
This can be configured in the OMS system.
Once logged in to the OMS system please click on the Inventory tab.

You will have a list of SKUs. Select one and click on actions then click on edit.

You will be taken to a view where you can edit/add SKU attributes.

At the bottom, you will find an option to add UOM. Click on it.
Here, you will have a list of UOM for that SKU. Click on new.

You will be taken to a page where you can begin the UOM configuration.

- Name of the UOM. it is a required field, and cannot be blank.
- The SKU selected.
- Unit Factor means the number of items allocated in a UOM
- The Type could be an inner, outer, pallet, 20ft or 40ft container.
- The package type could be a box, envelope, no-box, pallet, or ship ready.
Once completed you can click on create and the UOM will be displayed in the UOM view. it will look like this.
